For pickup from the airport, our chauffeurs will check in on the arrival of the flight and wait for an hour to pick up the passenger. If no contact made between the chauffeur and passenger, the passenger is considered a no-show and cancellation fee will apply.

In order to make contact with the chauffeur please follow these steps:
Due to the security measures at the airport please provide your clients with the following:
Exit the baggage claim level (5th level) [DOOR 506 WEST TERMINAL] or [DOOR 507 EAST TERMINAL]. Proceed to island #1 to the limousine booth, look for a ground transportation representative (GTR) wearing a green vest and give the GTR your name and rendezvous limousine. They will call your car for you.

For reservation the following information is needed: The name of the individual traveling, his/her cellular phone number, the airline and flight number, the departure city, and the form of payment used.
